Terms of use

These terms of use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Ba3naplatform, a classified-ads marketplace in Algeria, available on ba3na.com and its apps. By using Ba3na, you accept these Terms.

1. Purpose

Ba3na connects private and professional sellers and buyers. Ba3na is a technical intermediary: transactions are concluded directly between users, outside the platform.

2. Account

Creating an account requires accurate information (phone number, e-mail or social login). You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for any activity carried out from your account. An account is reserved for one person.

3. Publication rules

Each listing must:

• concern a lawful good or service that is genuinely available;
• be accurate, complete and published in the right category;
• not contain misleading or offensive content, or fraudulent contact details.

In particular, the following are prohibited: counterfeits, weapons, drugs, illegal content, scams, unsecured deposit requests, and any content contrary to Algerian law.

4. Moderation

Some listings are checked before publication. Ba3na may put on hold, refuse, modify or remove any listing, and suspend any account in the event of non-compliance with the rules, without this giving rise to any compensation.

5. Promotion (boost)

Promotion options (bump, urgent, premium) may be offered, free of charge or for a fee. A refused, expired, sold or deleted listing does not benefit from any promotion.

6. Liability

Ba3na is not a party to transactions and does not guarantee the quality, conformity or lawfulness of the goods and services offered. It is up to each user to be careful (meet in a safe place, check the item, refuse suspicious advance payments).

7. Intellectual property

The Ba3na brand, its logo and its interface are protected. Content published by users remains their property; by publishing it, they grant Ba3na a licence to display it on the platform.

8. Personal data

The processing of your data is described in our privacy policy.

9. Changes and applicable law

Ba3na may update these Terms. These Terms are governed by Algerian law; any dispute falls under the competent courts in Algeria. Contact: contact@ba3na.com.
