Ba3na values the protection of your personal data, in accordance with Algerian law No. 18-07 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

1. Data collected

• Account: name/username, phone number, e-mail, wilaya, avatar.
• Listings and messages you post or exchange.
• Technical data: device, connection logs, usage data.

2. Use

Your data is used to:

• create and secure your account;
• publish your listings and enable connections between users;
• ensure moderation and fight scams;
• send you useful notifications (alerts, security).

3. Sharing

Some information (name, wilaya, number via “Show number”, rating and badges) is publicly visible because it is necessary for connecting users. We do not sell your data. Technical providers (hosting, e-mail, SMS) may process data on our behalf, with appropriate safeguards.

4. Retention

Your data is kept for as long as necessary to provide the service, then deleted or anonymized. You can request the deletion of your account.

5. Your rights

6. Cookies

Ba3na uses cookies and similar technologies strictly necessary for operation (session, language preferences) and for audience measurement.

7. Security

Encrypted passwords, secure connections (HTTPS) and good practices are in place. No bank card data is stored by Ba3na.
